Quick Silver Mint

Accessibility Statement

Quick Silver Mint wants everyone to be able to browse our symbols, read their stories and order a piece without help. This page says what we aim for, what we have done so far, and how to tell us when something gets in your way.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We do not claim that every page meets it today.

What we have done

  • Every page has one main heading, and headings follow in order.
  • The menu, search, product options and checkout can be used with a keyboard.
  • Form fields have visible labels. When something is missing, the message appears in text next to the field and is announced to screen readers.
  • Links that open a new tab say so to screen readers.
  • Text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.

Where you may still run into problems

  • Payment options at checkout, such as WooPay, Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay, are provided by other companies. We cannot change how they work.
  • Our legal policies are supplied by an outside service and shown inside our pages.
  • Some older photographs have short descriptions that say what the piece is, not what the symbol looks like.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site does not work for you, please tell us through our contact page. Say which page you were on and what you were trying to do. We will reply and, where we can, help you complete your order another way.
