Return Policy

We meticulously create each piece, but if there’s ever a quality issue with your jewelry (e.g., a defect in craftsmanship, plating issues) or if we’ve made a mistake in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong design, incorrect customization), we’re committed to making it right.


Resolution:

We will gladly remake, replate, or offer a full refund for the item, at your discretion. We ask for the original item to be returned to us for inspection.

Reporting Period:

Please notify us of any quality issues or mistakes within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

We will issue a store credit of $5.00 to help cover the cost of shipping the item back to us for items with quality issues or our mistakes.

Re-plating Note:

Please note that replating services have been an extremely rare occurrence.

Older Purchases:

For items experiencing issues reported more than 6 months after the original purchase date, a service charge for repair or replating may apply, at our discretion. We encourage you to reach out to us to discuss options.

Process:

Once we receive your original item, we will either process your refund or begin crafting your new piece.

Remakes:

Remakes are typically completed within one week after we receive the original item.

Re-plating:

Re-plating takes longer, as we only replate items a few times per year.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method as soon as your return is processed.

Design Change of Mind

We understand that, even with custom pieces, you may sometimes have a change of heart about the design you initially chose.

Eligibility:

If you wish to exchange a custom piece due to a design change of mind (for example, you ordered a “plain sun” but now prefer a “sun with face”), we are happy to offer a remake. In this case, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.

Condition of Return:

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and, if possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage not related to a quality issue.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for a design change of mind.

Restocking Fee:

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns due to a change of mind. This helps cover the costs associated with custom production and processing.

Once we receive and review the returned item, we will proceed with either remaking it or refunding it (minus the 10% restocking fee). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following:

Order Number

If purchased at a Faire please provide the name of the event and the date of purchase. While some fairs have their own return processes, we stand by our customers and will handle your return directly. Just contact us, and we’ll take care of it.

A receipt if you have one.

A brief description of the issue or reason for your return.
