I-Ching (Yin & Yang)

The I Ching, also called the “Book of Changes,” is one of the most enduring systems of divination and philosophy from the ancient world. Combining Taoist and Confucian views, it teaches that the universe is in a state of constant flux. Its structure comprises eight trigrams and sixty-four hexagrams, composed of broken and unbroken lines that represent the dynamic balance of yin and yang, darkness and light, stillness and motion. In ancient times, scholars turned to it for guidance during uncertain moments, interpreting its symbols as mirrors of cosmic order and personal destiny. To embrace the I Ching is to accept the ever-changing nature of life, understanding that opposites are complementary rather than opposing. It reminds us that every decision creates ripples in the world and that true peace comes from harmonizing with the flow of change, rather than fighting it.
